Does not work for me

Hi I purchased this application about five months ago. It worked for about three weeks straight and then it lost the data count. So I have been writing down every day what the reading is.
I have a data counter on the PC. Some days this data application would just lose everything. Very frustrating when youre on limited data plan. I had to pay overage fees because this counter does not work. My phone is updated I have deleted this program and reinstalled it three times it still does not work!
